Would you like emotional freedom? The ability to notice your emotions but not be ruled by them.

Tapping/Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a path to making that a reality and I’d be privileged to be your guide down that path.

Inner calm and wellbeing sessions with me use EFT to help release stress, anxiety and any unwanted triggers.  Accepting all parts of ourselves to bring emotional freedom, calm and wellbeing.

I really believe if we put the work in to heal ourselves not only do we live happier, more fulfilled lives, we make the world around us more joyful and full of love too.
